The 2007 Mazda CX-7 is powered by a 244-horsepower turbocharged and intercooled 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine with direct injection combined with a 6-speed sport-shift automatic transmission. Offered in Sport, Touring and Grand Touring trim levels, standard equipment includes 18-inch alloy wheels, four-wheel vented disc brakes; air conditioning; power windows, door locks and mirrors; six airbags; ABS; Dynamic Stability Control (DSC); and Traction Control System (TCS). Mazda's Active Torque-Split All-Wheel-Drive is available with a computer-controlled coupling integrated with the rear differential to deliver up to half the available torque to the rear wheels on demand.
